Commercial Air Conditioning

Under Ceiling Air Conditioning

Under Ceiling Air Conditioning Installations, Repairs and Maintenance

The under ceiling can reach capacities of up to 60000Btu and usually employed in areas with very high roofs like churches, halls and shops.

Under ceiling aircons air quite as cheap to install as the normal mid-wall units although they can get much bigger in size because there are no special ducts, grills and diffusers needed

Central Air Conditioning

Central Air Conditioning Installations, Repairs and Maintenance

This type of air conditioning is more common in the cooperate sectors than in private homes. Mostly found in board rooms, shops restaurants and office areas

A Central air conditioning system consists of either a split system or a packaged unit.

In a split system, Central air conditioner, an outdoor metal cabinet contains the condenser and compressor, and an indoor cabinet contains the evaporator.

The evaporator of a Central air conditioning system supplies conditioned air to the many of it’s outputs depending on the system design via fixed or flexible ducts .

These units cost to install due to the many accessories that accompany them but the maintenance is quite cheap especially considering the fact that you will be serving a very vast area but only have one evaporating and one condensing unit to maintain.

Packaged Units

Packaged Rooftop Units

A packaged rooftop unit, or RTU is a type of HVAC system that contains all the components needed to provide conditioned air in one concise unit..

Packaged rooftop units typically connect directly to a duct work system that distributes the conditioned air through the space and returns it to the packaged roof top unit.

Chillers (commercial and industrial)

Chillers Repairs and Maintenance

We specialise on air and water cooled chillers. Chillers are normally used for commercial use in business parks, hospitals or for industrial purposes for cooling and processing.

Chillers are either air or water cooled, they operate by suppling chilled air to their end point via ducts by the use of air handling units or suppling chilled water to directly to fan coil units which work exactly like the evaporator of a standard air conditioning unit.

Water cooled chillers basically cost more to maintain but also have a longer lifespan compared to the air-cooled chillers.
